The best thing about the Great Outdoors is it's never closed ! Although it may be under construction ie, Rain/storms .Earth quakes , Snowed in ,Fire storms ,Sand storms.....etc. it is still never closed ! It's all about how extreme or simplistic one is for having limitations on experiencing the outdoors ! The bedridden ,hospitalized or incarcerated can still get to the Great Outdoors with photos and / or imagination ! As simple as closing one eyes and dreaming (if you will). Anyone can take a walk through the woods or a sail across a beautiful sunlit ocean by closing their eyes and imagine ! For some easier than others . It's all in the "want factor" ! One has to want to escape from where they are, if only for a moment, bad enough to do so ! Some of "us" do this almost too often and get too carried away so far as to never come back ! I'm not quite sure whether to feel bad or envious ! Any way it's time we as in all of us get to getting busy and share ourselves with mother nature..........she deserves it more than we know ,and oh yeah......There are no closed signs !!!
